Group Therapy for Adolescents

I work with two separate age groups with co-facilitator Robert Rowland, LCSW, to provide talk and experiential therapy groups for boys in grades 4 through high school. Groups are divided by age into elementary, middle, and high school students.

Adolescent Boys Counseling Groups

Experiential (Activity) Group Objectives:

  • Improved social skills
  • Improved self-esteem
  • Enhanced peer and family relationships
  • Managing academic and social life at school
  • Attitude adjustment
  • Enhanced communication skills
  • Parent consultation
  • Having fun!

REGULAR GROUP MEETING LOCATION: Park Hills Baptist Church, 900 S. MoPac at the intersection of S. MoPac and Bee Caves Rd, Austin, TX 78746

CALENDAR: Groups meet during the academic school year on Tuesdays or Thursdays, 4:45 – 6:00 pm.

My Services

In my private practice, I provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families. I also provide parent consultation, assessment, parenting skills, and discipline techniques, as well as determining whether individual, group, or family therapy would be beneficial.

In addition, my co-facilitator Robert Rowland and I provide groups for adolescents and young adults.
