My Services

Individual Therapy

INDIVIDUAL ADULTS, COUPLES, AND FAMILIES
As a licensed psychotherapist and licensed marriage and family therapist, I often work with adults individually, as couples, or as whole families. An individual initial interview may help determine the most appropriate method.

INDIVIDUAL CHILDREN, ADOLESCENTS, AND YOUNG ADULTS
I utilize traditional models and developmental psychology to develop rapport and to provide tools for communication and coping skills for boys and girls ages 10–18.

PARENT CONSULTATION
I provide consultation for parents. I work with parents to provide assessment, parenting skills, and discipline techniques, as well as determining whether individual, group, or family therapy would be beneficial. Initial and one-time consultations are available.

Group Therapy

GROUP THERAPY FOR ADOLESCENTS
I work with three separate age groups with co-facilitator Robert Rowland, LCSW, to provide talk and experiential group therapy for boys in grades 4 through high school. Groups are divided by age into elementary, middle, and high school students.

My Services

In my private practice, I provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families. I also provide parent consultation, assessment, parenting skills, and discipline techniques, as well as determining whether individual, group, or family therapy would be beneficial.

In addition, my co-facilitator Robert Rowland and I provide groups for adolescents and young adults.
